Structured Training
The training to learn meditation is designed in two stages; each stage is designed in a progressive manner. Each stage constitutes of 6 weekly sessions.
Stage 1: Suitable for begginners with little or no understanding of how to meditate.
End Objective- Gain the ability to meditate independently, develop hands on way of managing mental stress, gain an insight of art of letting go.
Stage 2: Suitable for seasoned practitioners of meditation and those who have completed stage 1.
End Objective- Strengthen their practice of meditation, gain deeper understanding of self, gain an ability to manage deep feelings & emotions-learn the art of emotional intelligence. Create meaningful impacts on personal lives.
Exclusions from structure
Transcendental Meditation/Deep transformational meditation i.e doing the shadow work/ rewiring subconcious mind is not being provided in a structured training format, it is available on request basis.
Chakra meditation is also not part of the structured training format. Chakra meditation or Kundalini activation, unlike the popular belief can result in serious challenges for the individual. It can be offered but only after my personal assesment of the individual.

Group Meditation
Group meditation classes will be held in a batch of 5. Weekend classes will be held on Saturdays & Sunday mornings. You can choose from two time slots 8:00- 9:00 am and 11:00 to 12:00.
All sessions will be held online via zoom call.

1 to 1 meditation
One on one meditation classes gives you the flexibilty of choosing a day of the week and time as per your suitability. Please note your chosen day and time will blocked for the entire period of training structure.

Guidance
Guidance and support is available to anyone- if you are on your own journey of meditation or you are practising independently after training with us.
This service includes a one-time consultation, available for a modest fee, to provide focused clarity, guidance, and support on any matters where you may need assistance.
